Our burgers change as the seasons change. They are prepared fresh in front of you, with loads of love and with fresh and organic (as much as possible) produce carefully selected from our region’s farmers and producers.

When you walk over to the bar, Alfred’s suggestions include extra fresh and homemade fruit and vegetable juices, artisanal beers from the region, and a selection of natural wines that will please the finest palates and surprise amateurs of grand crus.
